Recent Intercontinental Phoenicia Beirut Review: "My husband and I loved the Phoencia Hotel. It is truly the Grand Dame of Beirut. The staff was so lovely and very friendly to us. The consigre was extremely helpful with scheduling our time. The location was excellent for walking and exploring the neighborhoods.The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was very well appointed with plush amenities.  We would definitely go back."
